Sticky notes
old and new
Some friends recently popped over (subsequently helping me with an IKEA run for my beloved trolley—thank you, Wees 🫶) and Uncle Jason commented: your new home is missing the white post-it notes. I like that he noticed. In my last home, I stuck sticky notes everywhere—walls, mirrors, door frames. Most are scripture that I wanted engraven into my subconscious, to flow as easily as the entire catalogue from the Disney Renaissance era does. Some are prompts or lyrics or poems.
As I began re-writing many old ones that still resonated, I also asked the Holy Spirit to give me fresh words for a fresh season. A selection thus far, and may spam more as they come:
